Use of Power

Someone in power uses someone else in order to get to other people whose power he doesn’t like. However, there is a really important question for all of us. How do we function within groups? How do we function as a group? How do groups function? What happens in communities that people become unconscious and those who are leaders within communities can easily start to misuse other people in a community.
